you probably do. you probs enjoy memes for instance. but depression can cloud your perceptions sometimes and make you think that, when you might have even been enjoying some things a lot even recently.

1. eliminate toxic forces in your life as best you can that doesn't contribute to your wellbeing or results you want (news, social media, even 4chan if it's too much)

2. exercise 3 times a week with your heartrate up for 40 mins. (proven to be very beneficial for gaining more positive feels)

3. make sure your diet is balanced (fuel for your mind and body) eat enough / don't eat too much shit (a little is fine), cut down on coffee, eliminate porn & alcohol entirely or as much as possible if not (direct contributor to shitty feels the downsides aren't worth temporary reward),

These are all things you can try step by step for better living

You are probably going to die anyway this century. So why not try experience the good shit life & what living well has to offer & all the cool futuristic shit unfolding before that. When you're enjoying life all the shitty days in the past become a distant memory. you flow. fog clears and life is worth living.

Now is the best time ever to experience great creations (music film tv memes), growing in wisdom & areas of life you see as important (books, youtube channels, inspiring people to learn from / emulate to get gud in areas you like small step by small step etc)

this. get rid of the all the people leeching off you, draining your energy for nothing in return. it was the best thing i fucking did. i used to be a people pleaser, go out my way to do shit. then i realized how all these fucks were just using me and people were never really there when i needed. i feel fucking fantastic now. also if youre into drugs do some shrooms with some good music and in an open area and just enjoy yourself.

put yourself first over everything else, dont feel like you need to achieve anything because of others. focus on your internal happiness and dont give a fuck.

All you have to do is take a hot shower and sleep for 9 hours at least , wake up, clean your room, take a hot shower again eat some tasty breakfast and watch 4 episode of frens, take 20 minutes of sunshine. Repeat every fucking day. After 21 days you will rejuvenated.
