Which is more high iq?

>get a PhD
>take out student loans over my academic career
>move out of the USA to work in my field; never paying back any loans

or

It's honestly a tough choice for me. Yeah, being a scientist for the military would be pretty cool...but, the USA is a dying country, being replaced by immigration (Europe too).
