I have been increasingly suicidal lately, im broke as fuck, no friends, parents bedridden, all my free time goes as a caregiver, feel trapped as fuck, and right now i went to the kitchen, grabbed a big butcher knife and just pondered about punching the knife through my neck, holy fuck what i should do? i don't want to die but i feel i will eventually kill myself if i keep thinking like this

Don't do it.
You are God's unique creation. Go to church and ask for forgiveness for these sinful thoughts you've been spawning and spreading into the world. Jesus said he'll forgive you if you ask.
Call a suicide hotline if it's urgent, they can trace you and get you institutionalized, which is probably what you need. 1 800 something. your cries for help will not be ignored. There are several cutting edge treatments against depression such as ECT, which can be applied without your consent, and are very likely to help you (science says ECT good).

If God or medicine cannot help you, maybe you are destined to kill yourself. This is ok but remember that there are painless and accessible ways to suicide which do not disfigure your corpse. Nembutal or cyanide can be procured online and are sure to be more effective and painless than your big boy knife. Also perhaps look into sodium nitrite and CO poisoning.

It might sound weird or crazy but some people literally stream themselves sleeping or eating food and make money doing it. If you streamed this it would be so unique that there's a decent you'd get a following. People would also donate to you when they see how real your situation is. If you set up a twitch stream and put a crypto public address in the description I would definitely send you some.
