When did it become okay to charge 40k a year for professional school?

When did it become okay for lenders to make double the value of a house on a mortgage?

This has to be unsustainable and we are at critical mass. (((They))) know this.

Professional school? Shit that's what a lot of ungrad year cost.

The government backs the loans, kids can't default, and the lenders get easiest money on the planet cuz "everyone needs to go to college or else you're a loser." Line hook and sinker. Same as it ever was

Can we just ban dropouts and brainlets who couldn't get in from this board?

The average college grad earns roughly double non college grad. FACT

The average student debt is 37k and paid off by extra earnings in 1-2 years. FACT

Including loss of earnings while studying it pays off in about 7 years max, after which you have double earnings. FACT

The FACT is that your graphs are nice but missing the point entirely. The point is loans are carried by dropouts and low income students. The loans given to them are predatory in light of the poor outcome of for profit universities or the higher odds of these kids dropping out.

The strawman argument you put up with your capital letters would fool most people though.

Don't buy if it's too expensive.

dropouts shouldn't even have gone, it's their own fault.

Poor people get scholarships (I was one)

Be happy it's just that in the US. Where I live you're lucky if you end up paying double the amount of a loan, the average is 300-400%.
