This is one of those times when the forecast is correct not because the guy who did the analysis had any special insight into what will happen thanks to TA techniques, rather it will turn out correct because of entirely different reasons: By late 2019, and even more so later, Bitcoin will make ETH and other cryptos obsolete. Tokenization and smart contracts are coming to Bitcoin, so there won't be any point in ETH (or ETC) existing. The timeframe as illustrated in the picture is pretty much when it will occur.

(Bitcoin here obviously doesn't refer to BTC Coin)
