And in the entire history of BCH there have only been a couple of 10 block reorgs, all of which required manual intervention, vs we know for a fact up to 5.4 exahash is presently attempting to sabotage the legitimate BCH chain. It is not a difficult tradeoff to make considering the circumstances. It completely nullifies any chance of the hostile actor actually causing any damage, and only at the cost of manual intervention to resolve a problem which already would have required manual intervention to resolve.
