sure we are all living the one life we get (as far as we know) but if all that is laid out for the rest of ours is grind for no gain, then stopping the rot now rather than going through another 70 years of it is the rational step to take.
constantly digging a hole in any field aimlessly is retarded, why not apply the criteria that makes it aimless to the rest of your life? if youre doing nothing but pissing into the wind during a hurricane then finding any solution to stop it is preferable to perpetual toil.

And did you seriously compare winning in a lottery to losing in crypto? Before you off yourself, be a dearie and enlighten us on how exactly did you think these two things were even remotely comparable.

After that you have our permission to purge yourself from the genepool, but do remember to stream it, won't you? It's not proper to leave us hanging, even if you're going to.

>platitude
How is "don't trade what you can't afford to lose" and "consider the money lost as long as it's in the active trading account" platitudes? Those are basic rules for trading/gambling. Crypto is basically trading/gambling. You delusional fucks call it "investing", but it really isn't. Investing is putting your money in a general fund for an average market return of a few percent over inflation.

>>11823669
>>11823855
You'll have more opportunities. Just make like a nigger and go on the dole for a while, Anon. If you truly have nothing to lose, why not become a criminal? Think of how to get money in a legal or not so legal way, then do that. Worst that could happen is that you die, which you already planned to, right?

Giving up is for brown people and women.

>>11824021
To be fair, it's only a subplebbit these days anyway.

>>11824643
You're right. But I think most of them are more cases of buying for almost nothing, seeing it gain tremendous value and then drop down. Then they consider the top value it held what they "had" or lost. Which would've been true if they had taken it out as fiat (because fiat is accepted as real money that you can actually buy stuff with, and with actual backing to it).

If you ever only held it in crypto or some other useless token, then that's like saying "WHaaa-- I lost $2k" when really, you've just lost the password to your classic runescape account that you could've sold or whatever. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if it's unrealized, not cashed out, then you really shouldn't count it as a win or loss.

Only a select few true autists can actually predict with any degree of accuracy where it will go. They're the only ones capable of processing all the variables in any useful way. For everyone else it's mostly luck driven by emotional, split second decisions. It's always hilarious when some chump "makes it" (usually a kid who gambled all his life savings away) after getting lucky on the dice roll then get treated like a polymath by the community.

>> No.11824958

>>11824706
True, some if not most are the ones who got in cheap and didn't sell. But I do think that UNLESS they bought more at a higher price they don't think about suicide. Not really. They may be pissed of, depressed and maybe toying with the idea of killing themselves, but UNLESS they actually lost more than they could afford OR raised their own standard of living so much they cannot afford it any longer, only a few of them are actually serious about it.

The true candidates are the ones who fomoed in at the top, blinded by the bubble, took second mortgages or otherwise spend way too much than they should have and the ones who now see they have to downgrade their lifestyle significantly because of their greed.

And yes, it IS sad, but I do not feel sympathy for them. If you could not see the crash coming in December, and if after the crash you STILL used more money than you could safely afford, maybe even because you were too embarassed of your smaller bags, then you surely deserved in my eyes.

And like I said, I'm way down too, at LEAST 50% probably nearing 60 or even 70, but being poor as fuck wagecuck I was smart enough not to spend too much. I'm pissed off like most, since I really could've use that money on something more productive, but other than that... Meh. Now I'm just hoping prices keep plummeting, so I can buy more.
