holy shit anons i just had a really close call

my hair has started falling out rapidly for 3 weeks (im 18) and i didnt know why. I just discovered its because i havent left my room/been outdoors in 3 months which has caused vitamin D deficiency. This has lead to alopecia, which is a disease that causes patchy bald spots.

I am now going to go outside for 2 hours a day on walks.
I know a lot of NEETs browse biz, if you havent gone outside - GO OUTSIDE. alopecia is uncurable if left for too long.

Also, we should all be fixing our lives now that bitcoin is obviously not going to go up any time soon.

godspeed.

I'm imagining a fat, poor, balding man in his pajama pants walking around the block to get his vitamin D and let me tell you I am laughing hard.

Not suppositories, supplements. I take the "Nature's Bounty" brand 5000IU ones, they're tiny little pills that are really easy to swallow.

I had to google suppositories and thats kinda gross. in what world would you rather do that than take a tiny pill?

I have to take 50k micrograms or whatever per week.

My vitamin d levels were 1/10th the lowest number on the normal range.

Alopecia is not curable. My sister has had it since she was in highschool. Sometimes it grows back, but there is not treatment to make that happen and vitamin D isn't going to fix it if you actually have alopecia.

>> No.11816625

>>11816603
Depends on the cause of the alopecia.
alopecia is just hair loss, but the underlying cause can be different.

30 mins of sun exposure thrice a week is more than enough. Also eat eggs, and have non-skim milk for breakfast. fortified cereal like special Ks and cheerios help as well.
