So mining from a fucking asteroid in the middle of an asteroid belt 250+ million miles away that might contain gold is somehow going to crash the gold market? In 50-100 years it may very well make a few companies a shitload of money, but the costs to develop tech, extract the metals (and extract the right metals) and then bring it back to earth will be astronimical.
