/biz/, where should I move to in Murrica?

I'm currently in West Virginia where I went to college, and I have an engineering degree and some decent experience, so I've been getting emails left and right from recruiters for all kinds of wagekek positions in major cities all across the country.

I'm depressed and bored and so is my gf, so we're both pretty much willing to go literally anywhere at this point. How do I decide?
