eth has more transaction volume and usage, as well as more development in its ecosystem, plus it's down more than BTC right now percentage wise by a solid amount and is smaller cap. the mining profile appears to be healthier, and there is greater demand from usage. BTC is a good buy too though, everything is down almost 20%. I'm not saying go all in buy I'm starting to buy and will keep buying.
