Well my desired investments are property and managed funds/etfs.

Firstly I would talk to an accountant who has a good rep and specialises in investing to get personalised financial advice. I woud speak to at least 1-2 more to get that validated and additional views.

I would talk to a solicitor about my finances and how to protect them esp with my desired investments.

If i fully diversified crypto I would do 30% cash (high interest), 40% property, 20% managed funds and 10% risky investments (ie. Crypto)

The % of course or even the types of investments i make would change upon consultation with professionals and family (lots of family has made it already).

I would likely use a chunk of my property funds / cash to buy myself a home with a good deposit + low repayments.

Would wagie for a few more years and keep buildimg until i can retire on 150k/year
