Its not a outright scam, they are actually selling their blockchain solutions to companies. But they will never use the public chain, they are buying rights from the foundation and DNV GL to use the POA blockchain inhouse. It makes no sense that any company would use the public Vechain blockchain with most being held by Vechain themselves. The public Vechain blockchain is gonna be used for Creams scam icos.
