Im expecting the housing market to hold out until 2021 atleast. Smart Contracts start replacing White Collar jobs forcing a number of them to sell their homes, followed by boomer panic as they sell their homes trying to save the happy retirement they were so complacent with recieving. Rent until that happens, much better returns in the longrun.

Welcome, newcomer. Try not to get rekt and keep doing your research before going in, but at the same time don't wait too long.

ICO means initial coin offering. Look into it, it's a plethora of money-grabbing scams mostly. They gather up funds before the coin is released on market, and the people that buy into the ICO usually make out with good profit. Makes for many pump and dumps.
