Hey /biz/ I just turned 22 and I'm managing a newly started company but have no idea what I'm doing.

We're going to start getting leads soon so I'm trying to limit our services rendered to anything outside the scope of general contracting (which requires a license) until I get the license for the company.

Currently drafting a template/basic services rendered agreement, on which we will have the consumer acknowledge we are unlicensed and have them waive their right to pursue litigation and instead settle the matter internally/within a private court.

Any advice for me? What tips and tricks or knowledge can you share for a small handyman business?
