Hi /Biz,

Currently having a terrible year, lost over 100k (non crypto) and my business(fix and flip housing) failed. I'm going to buy the last house i have for sale but i need to pay off my private loans of 11k each to two ppl, so 22k in total.

I currently have a full time job and need to find a secondary source of income. I'm normally off by 230pm so i could pick up a shift elsewhere part time or do something online. At this point im completely open to suggestions, what do you got for me anons?

Flipping irl is nothing like TV as you can imagine. I'll get back into it from what i've learned- i just need to move forward with where I'm at in my life right now and bunker down on steady income.
