There is a $1.8m home (Very large) half a mile from my house. It was built 4 years ago and is overpriced for the market. I've been watching it since it was built and I've noticed nobody lives there. How could I go about asking permission to live there, keep up the property, and pay property taxes until they find a renter/owner for it? It's owned by an LLC/Real Estate Management Company. Would I be able to claim the property as mine via adverse possession or is it a meme law like the sovereign citizenfags.

They would definitely rather eat a decades worth of taxes and maintenance than let some mouth breathing neet stay there. I know this because I've watched a big commercial firm sit on a brand new warehouse without selling or renting it since 2006 that is right around the corner from me. There is a new medical center going up next to it right now. Still hasn't sold, they still won't lower the price.

It has large walls and a gate, so maybe that'll keep police from peeping in. Maybe I can set up motion sensors to notify me when someone opens the gates so I can book it out of the house.
