If the unemployment rate in the U.S is so low then why is it so difficult to get a job there?

Came here to say this.

It has never been easier to get a job. The only people who are struggling to find work are people with big employment gaps on their resume and people who studied useless majors in college.

Those are the people that should get the bottom tier jobs where risk of being an absolute dogshit employee is priced in (anything below 15 USD hourly imo. maybe even higher).

Nowadays you need a fucking continuous job history with stellar references to get a shitty job at a shitty workplace where they treat you like a retard anyway and expect you to have 70 IQ.

The economy is broken for employees.

I've worked consistently since I was 16 and have a degree in Computer Science and can't find anything that isn't a direct downgrade from where I was. There's more jobs, but they're paying lower than ever. Most employers aren't even matching inflation anymore.

>bus is full
>more spics just keep getting on anyway
Clearly it's not full, retard.
Are you white/male, OP? Try being something else. There's plenty of jobs for the right applicants.
