It's basically a guarantee anon. Voltron has already launched an open solution on r3's corda blockchain. They are partnered with Bangkok Bank, BNP Paribas, CTBC Holding, HSBC, ING, NatWest, SEB and Standard Chartered in partnership with Bain andvCryptoBLK.
It will be implemented by 2019 and available initially to corporate interests only. By 2021 it will be rolled out as a small business solution and eventually to the general public by 2023.
This was announced last week, Oct.23. None of these memecoins will be able to compete with the resources available to big finance and the days of memecoins will be over. Dont be a /biz/ retard caught holding these fucking bags.
