I considered this once. Drove out to the ghetto to meet a landlord who ended up being late. Sat on the steps to wait. Witnessed a nigger break into a car and steal a stereo literally right across the street from me, and casually walk away from the scene like it was no big deal. Got in my car and drove away without ever meeting the landlord.
