Well yea, if enough people believe that, then it will be. The only reason shit dumps when there is an announcement is because everyone collectively believes there will be a dump. Reality is, there is a "dump" and then the price recovers and goes higher than it was previously. I watched this happen in real time during a livestream of one of the conferences Sergey did awhile back. It was the first one that he actually mentioned Chainlink by name instead of just "muh smart contracts".
