Im sure they would prefer to have gotten in earlier but they didnt. The 10% or so of the population who hold crypto now will be rich off of institutions, but that is the cost of them doing business in order for them to get rich getting the remaining 70-80% of the population to buy their bags and trade them at high volume like the current equities markets. It isn't complicated.
