I used the other anon's suggestion of ethplorer and it worked well enough. It isn't as neat looking, but you can edit the URL to skip ahead to whatever page you want (page*results per page = the spot you think you're at, then adjust as necessary).

Interesting notes:

40k link gets you in top 1000, 30k gets you in top 1200. That obviously won't last long as once *actual* whales in the non-crypto world buy in they can crush our positions easily. But for now it's interesting to know
