11568596 No.11568596 [Reply] [Original]

Bitcoin is going to die. Don't listen to anybody who says otherwise. Crypto isn't but bitcoin is.

>Environmentally damaging
This will be used by the media to get normies to back off.

>It was the first and only truly fair crypto
Bitcoin has this going for it but nobody cares about the ideology behind it except super nerds and libertarians.

>It can transfer wealth anywhere in the world.
Yes but so can tons of other cryptos

>Its anonymous
Its not and other crypto's who specialize in this are better at it than Bitcoin

>Its a store of wealth
Its not, speculation killed it and a large portion of people got burned in 2017

>Less than 1% of people have bitcoin addresses
This makes a huge assumption that Bitcoin will be adopted by more people despite the fact that other solutions exist with specific use cases (privacy, transfer etc)

>China has a large stake in Bitcoin
The Western world will do their absolute best to keep the East from amassing a shitton of wealth in the span of a decade. Best believe governments will try and fuck over bitcoin. Most basic power struggle.

>Its a hedge against governmental collapse/inflation
Look at Venezuela, they had a collapse, they used crypto and it wasn't bitcoin.

>Be your own bank
You can do this with other crypto's as well

>Peak euphoria for Bitcoin was likely reached
India's government took active measures to prevent it, Africa had bitcoin shops open over night, South America used Bitcoin, RT a russian media company has been shilling Bitcoin since early 2017. Stacy's Twitter feed had Bitcoin in it.

Face it guys bitcoin is dying a slow death you are only serving as liquidity for whales. DYOR.

They could be using bitcoin because of how well know it is then switching. It is a "digital asset exchange" not a bitcoin exchange.

>Environmentally damaging
not a real problem

>It was the first and only truly fair crypto
It still is

>It can transfer wealth anywhere in the world.
BTC is the most trustworthy one since in its almost 10 years of existence it wasn't compromised

>Its anonymous
Its not and thats a good thing

>Its a store of wealth
It is, its the new digital GOLD

>Less than 1% of people have bitcoin addresses
means we all gonna make it (nocoiners won't make it)

>China has a large stake in Bitcoin
and so has everyone else with more than 2 braincells

>Best believe governments will try and fuck over bitcoin
they can't and won't because the Globalist world elite already made their decision many decades ago.

>Look at Venezuela, they had a collapse, they used crypto and it wasn't bitcoin.
and thats the problem, should have only used BTC and not made a scam currency tied to their bullshit, nobody wants to invest in 3rd world savages.

>Peak euphoria for Bitcoin was likely reached
we are far from it, we going to over 100k in the coming years.

If you are a curious boomer and want to invest in the crypto-space, btc is your default choice, it is the one you know of. You know it has been there a long time, so it must have some safety to it.

Long story short, btc is the gateway drug for most ordinary people..

>Not a real problem
Based on what?

>it still is
I know I said it

>BTC is the most trustworthy one since in its almost 10 years of existence it wasn't compromised
Well XRP hasn't and is old as well.

>It is, its the new digital GOLD
For anyone who invested pre 2017 it has been extremely rewarding. Everybody after it has been anything but a store of wealth.

>Means we all gonna make it (nocoiners won't make it)
Based on what?

>and so has everyone else with more than 2 braincells
Based on what? Why would NATO allow this if they were late to the party?

>they can't and won't because the Globalist world elite already made their decision many decades ago.
Based on the economist article from a decade ago? Alex Jones tier but I will still bite why did the Rothschilds only invest $400 000 back in March/April of 2017 if they have been planning this for decades (they own the magazine)

>and thats the problem, should have only used BTC and not made a scam currency tied to their bullshit, nobody wants to invest in 3rd world savages.
They literally didn't use it for its use case.

>we are far from it, we going to over 100k in the coming years.

I certainly agree it was. People can google and see tons of other cryptocurrencies, especially ones that would be "more safe" for boomer investors. Ask any boomer who knows a bit about crypto and they will most likely be backing ripple.

>Based on what?
you need to zoom out, Environmental damage doesn't matter here because its like a tiny drop in a giant bucket.
also In the end every kind of electricity you use is a damage for the environment one way or another.
its a retarded non argument that BTC is damaging anything.

>I know I said it
no you said "was" implying it changed but it didn't.

>Well XRP hasn't and is old as well.
it doesn't have the first mover advantage

>Everybody after it has been anything but a store of wealth.
They will continue printing more dollars meanwhile BTC supply remains fixed. also see pic related.

>Based on what?
see pic related again

>Based on what? Why would NATO allow this if they were late to the party?
NATO has nothing to do with this, everyone important and who matters is already invested.

>why did the Rothschilds only invest $400 000
you think the Rothschilds make everything they do Public? you are a fool if you believe so.
also Blockstream.

>They literally didn't use it for its use case.
because retarded 3rd world savages.

I know a lot of things people use is damaging for the environment. Look at the OP I said: "this will be used by the media to get normies to back off".

So tell that to media creating articles about it.

>no you said "was" implying it changed but it didn't.
Okay sorry I miss worded it then. I didn't know in English when talking about something in the past tense you say: "Bitcoin is the first" my mistake then lesson learned.

>it doesn't have the first mover advantage
https://ocw.mit.edu/courses/sloan-school-of-management/15-356-how-to-develop-breakthrough-products-and-services-spring-2012/

Here is a nice course in which they specifically state that first movers advantage is a meme and mostly overvalued by normies.

>see pic related
Bashing everything on that? Other cryptos meet that standard as well.

>NATO has nothing to do with this, everyone important and who matters is already invested.
Tell me who

>you think the Rothschilds make everything they do Public? you are a fool if you believe so.
Ok

>because retarded 3rd world savages.
Ok

>its simple logic, halvening, its becoming more scarce, supply and demand, institutional investors etc.
It is not simple logic but ok

I can see you argue in your own favor with a disregard to facts and favor conspiracies. I am not saying you are necessarily wrong but I am going to wait around in this thread for somebody who can give non emotional answers even having to resort to racism to justify your answers not even rational racism. anyway this is nothing more than speculation, nobody knows the truth
thing is, basic game theory, if system allows someone to get advantage by breaking rules and cheating, there WILL be people who will play dirty
all world governments and whole economy doesn't have priority to make (your) life better, they all are crimes when it comes to money
crypto is new form of money, so there will be 4d chess with reptiloids, terrorism and politics involved which will lead to outcome when 99,9999% people will be played
and if crypto "card" will be played as new money, then BTC even if it's technologically not best is very convenient to become base asset to price rest of other coins which will be used, will it be xrp/xlm no matter, everyone understand fiat system is broken and has to be replaced very soon since there's no math to sustain current situation. it's also very beneficial for globalists to have one world currency, they have a bit more influence than basket weaving forums
all you can do now is place your bets
