This will unironically happen as BCH actually catches on as real currency through high-velocity usage. "Sound money" is literally a fucking massive scam being perpetrated by Useful Idiot computer scientists that don't understand the scope of the gift that Satoshi gave us. Bitcoin could literally always scale, only very few things needed to be changed in the protocol.

Expect the BCH boom to start in Africa and Asia first. First worlders can have their sound money. I want hard money.
