I've regained full control over my "hope" that had built over the weekend.
ADR's have little to no reason to rocket up much, because as pointed out
before, they are HEAVILY influenced by international perception.
China can prop up its own markets all it wants,
but that won't solve our current problems.

If the big boys see this as reason to be bullish on ADRs I will be pleasantly surprised.
I suspect it to be a little green but to bleed half its gains again.

Both will do that... the stop order will sell the stock at market price. If the price is falling quickly, you may end up selling 5 or 10% lower (or more) depending on if the order can fill.

The word 'stop' in this context is kind of confusing. It's really more of a 'start', as in start selling your shares when triggered. The limit portion allows you to set the order to discontinue selling your shares if the price drops below it while your shares are in the process of being sold. Real estate is typically uncorrelated with the stock market and market in general though. It was only correlated with the last recession because it fucking CAUSED the last recession with an absolutely wicked speculation bubble. REMINDER:
Bernanke (head of the feds in 2008) is calling for a slowdown (recession) in 2020.
Student loan defaults are supposed to hit some stupendously high amount by 2023.
JPM (which is probably shit) calling for yield curve inversion around mid-2019.

We're still at least a solid year out, but you better have cash for that rollercoaster.
I'll be sure to be sitting on enough cash to outright buy multiple houses when we descend into hell for Trump's second term.

(Apartments can't be owned. Your landlord will not let you do that.)

That's not their strategy. I think they typically won't mix together apartments and condos in a single apartment complex.

I use a YouTuber under the name of ChartGuys. Hes fucking amazing, he taught me equilibrium trading. I would go through his channel and surf his video playlists, he teaches all his methods. If you find his recent videos from a couple days ago where he talks about NFLX and the tech sector, that's the one I used to trade today. There was an hourly oversold RSI condition appearing, so a bounce was expected. Of course I sold off promptly, being up 40% is enough for me to hit n quit for an hours worth of trading.
