Its like an options contract if you are familiar with those. Trezor sets up basically a perpeutal options contract and connects two parties to the trade, one guy can choose to lock in his coin at 13K and another guy takes the option to buy this coin at 13K. If the price goes up, the guy who locked is fucked because he can only sell at his locked price, if the price goes down the guy who locked made money because he can sell at the locked price.
