Salary + bonus is 110k + 15k pre-tax, and I save ~70% of my post-tax income, so hopefully the exponential growth will start kicking in soon. I'm going to start holding cash until a good deal comes around, so post-tax investments may be on hold for a while.

I don't really have a plan desu, I cashed the vast majority of that out in 2017 and 18 as BTC rallied hard. Now I'm sitting on more cash than I ever thought I'd have, and looking at the potential uses for it gets me scared because literally every asset market is at what seems like all time highs.

As a Torontofag I still can never afford a home, and buying a condo is a possibility but I don't want to set down roots given I'm still junior in my career and might have to move. Equities seem toppy and I don't want to be that retard that goes all-in at the top of the market, even though I know that market timing is a meme and it's important to be invested.

So for now I'm just sitting on it hoping that at least bitcoin shits the bed and gets to 3k where I want it to be, so that I can rebuy my way back to 21 coins since it's the only asset class I feel like I have enough knowledge about to have an edge in. In the meantime it feels nice not having to worry about petty bills or being able to afford shit like drinks or dinner on a night out.

Likely not because the problem is that most of the well-paying jobs are concentrated in few urban centers in Canada, namely Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, and Hongcover has even more fucked housing prices and Montreal is full of frogs.

I'm banking on either housing speculators getting blown the fuck out within 5 years due to rising rates and insanely high household debt figures in Canada, markets tanking huge on a recession allowing me to actually buy a decent dip, or bitcoin shiting the bed to 2-3k allowing me to buy back into that.

If all asset markets keep rallying i'm just going to get raped by inflation i suppose

Kangaroo land.

But I think the US has similar promotions as well e.g. https://mycard.usbank.com/credit/mycardusb/html/usbank_platinum_visa.html?icid=PB_23278

You only have to pay a small monthly portion of the balance which is usually like $150 a month depending on the size of the balance (interest free of course).

Do some research and shop around. I'm sure there are plenty of 0% interest free promotions out there due to cheap money right now. It won't last long as the central banks keep jacking up interest rates.

I have stable job, no dept, no credit cards.
Spend less than I get.
I have some ~2k in cash in case I need something quick.
Know some other trades I learned growing up.
I just need to learn plumbing to be able to fully build a house from 0 to door key.
Have 6 houses in finishing stage and my supervision.
Will have like 20k-30k in the spring laying around.
These houses are my work investment, but not my property.
Crypto need time to mature and it's good to know whole history before jumping in or not.
I refuse to put money in right now, like I refused long ago.
I'm not a brain dead neet that takes credit to put in crypto and later looses all.
I have money, investing can wait. Stocks have dividends. They won't go away. I'm fine.
I love stories of people loosing their money in crypto.
Comedy gold.

Well, the bot is pretty cool - u just link it with the api key to your binance or bittrex or a few other exchanges and pick an asset that does a lot of swinging.
Main pair to do is ETH/BTC - BTC/ETH
You config what profits u want the sell trigger to be armed at, i set mine for profit trailing stop loss at 1.25% and it arms the sell trigger at 2.5% gains so if it drops 1.25% once it is armed it does a limit sell order.
The bot uses AI and past performance to create custom configs that you can quickly deploy - it has a very active community and discord which is how i learned how to use it really well.
The other bots like gunbot are way more expensive and much harder to learn how to use.
Hopper is more for the average kinda joe that just wants to make 1-2% gains a day in auto trading.

If u sign up pls use my code: https://www.cryptohopper.com/?atid=3543
Also this is to the discords: discord gg/2Q5bp6
