Anons, save your private keys in different electronical devices, create some protonmail and send your keys to yourself on your own email, yesterday I had my house robbed, lost every electronical device.. laptop and all those USB's, now I need to go to my GSM carrier and pay for another GSM so I can try to log on binance to receive the SMS verification.

Lost a lot of things, material and things I didnt saved in different devices (just had backups on external HD's and Usbs and all of them got robbed.

Besides that I would like to ask you guys about a business that I'll create.

You can insert the PK in a .txt or word file, then autozip it with password for safety and send to yourself own backup email.

I know it's considered "bad security" and all, but I tend to encrypt all my sensitive high-value info and store it on a cloud provider.

The only other way is to place encrypted copies in the trust of family.

I read a blog by a guy which got his wallet emptied. He suspected someone got ahold of his private keys after he pasted them into browser search field ("by mistake"). If it can happen at google, it can happen at whoever is handling the data sent to botnet off your computer.

Yeah ZIP is not the best way to go.

Better to use 7zip which from what I recall uses a proper PBKDF2 with AES encryption. But, you need a really strong password!

I have a slightly more complex system involving a high-security PGP key that I can encrypt anything at, to archive it. The PGP key itself is backed up using the most secure way possible.
