Chancoin is basically dead. They got hacked after patching a vulnerability which they then got hit with before anyone could bother to update because guess what: hackers are smart and they notice these things.

They're also being suspiciously quiet about what they are going to to about it. There is no way the only remaining exchange will allow them to roll back the bad transactions without being delisted, which leads to the inevitable conclusion: it's dead.
