Dude what is the intrinsic value of paper money? Nothing. The values comes from the collective trust in the system. If i create my own fiat currency, it is worthless since no one will accept it as a valuable tradable asset. Same applies to shitcoins. Yes, you can infinitely print shitcoins, but will they hold any value in the long run? No.
If you honestly cant see the insane amounts of advantages of crypto over paper money (special this non gold standards garbage we have today) you are beyond saving
Some reasons:
-Worldwide transactions regardless if countries get along or not
- limited supply (only bitcoin matters)
-censorship proof
-cant be confiscated

It's backed by the state and the economy because they're forced to use it. You could say fiat money is like Bitcoin Core - a centralized scamcoin which is PRECISELY WHAT MAKES IT VALUABLE.
