Only one of those companies has a sub 150 P/E. Netflix price is based on unlimited subscriber growth and the multiple on how much the stock goes up after earnings based on subscribers is insanity. Also it is incredibly suspect that they beat on subscribers but met on revenue. These two metrics should be directly coupled as they are a subscription based company. Looks fishy.

CSCO was an amazing company that did real things and made real money. Its valuation was still crushed when the bubble popped.

Anon pls, I’ve been doing this for years. Do I put extra money in on dips? Yep, but consistently being in the game making gains is better than waiting on the sideline for a chance where you don’t know when you get to play and for how long.

Look at pic related, I took 1k from my savings and added to my 1k bi-monthly investment and I bought the dip. But each and every month, at minimum, I’ll add 2k to my portfolio and let compounding interest do it’s thing

As you can see, the S&P is clearly following what is known as an "exponential slam dunk pattern" where the jump and subsequent 'dunk' are rated at an exponential factor. So for every 1 unit of jump, you have 1 * 1 units of dunk. Given we are currently at 16 units of jump, that means 16 units of dunk are about to follow, which will take the S&P down to zero.
