core is funded by (((institutions))), this is just btc fud. Mines are opening up everywhere, imho the recent moroccan effort has further implications as it may set the standard for mining in africa. The whole continent has infrastructure/banking issues, both can be resolved by incentivising btc mining. Instead of spreading legacy banking structures btc could pave the way for the construction of "green" mining with solar energy which could in turn trigger a solution for the energy problems in northern africa. Regions in africa may potentially be the first to fully adopt btc in the future and (((they))) will fund this development because its the "right thing to do". Also, if "china" (china isn't one person) does own as much btc, ltc and eth as is estimated they could easily dump and own a large stack in xrp in a matter of weeks.
