Because it takes time to recover. If you look at the previous corrections it sometimes took multiple years for BTC to get back into an upwards trends. All the good news recently just helped stopped the bleeding and stabilised the price a bit.

There is now potential for upwards growth, but it depends on what happens in the next few months. Everyone is still scared and cautious.
