It's hard enough to become a millionaire in Europe or the US. If you don't live in a Barrio and if you live in Caracas near Las Mercedes you have already made it in that country. I spent lots of time walking round Caricuao and Petare doing photography assignments. I took a photo of a guy getting murdered in Barrio La Ceiba. If you don't live in these neighbourhoods you have already made it.
