I'm in the UK, I have recently finished my first year in my first good job out of university and I want to move to another job, what are my options?

I work in pitch writing/marketing for a top five law firm, the pay is piss poor (£20,500) given the type of role it is. This is because I'm working in a smaller office outside London that essentially exists so we can be paid less. For this reason I don't think any meaningful salary rises or promotions will ever come my way at this company.

What's my best move given the experience I have? What kind of pay should I expect?

Look at marketing jobs in law firms. And never post such a low quality thot on this board again.

apply for a graduate scheme. Majority of grad schemes offer 30k
