Hi this is my first time on /biz/

I have bout 20.000€ in my bank account. I wanted to invest in ETFs years ago but the prices seemed to be too high to start. Now that the markets correct the values, I want to find the right moment to invest. How do I know when to do it? And can you suggest a better ETF than S&P500?
