CRAAWWWLING IN MY SKIN edition

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

momentum before it starts going back up its unlikely to just go 0 to 60 instantly.

People don't realize how good nicotine is for you, widespread consumption of super high dose nicotine could revolutionize almost all facets of society. Global intelligence will sharply rise alongside productivity, sparking a 10,000 year golden age heralded by the birth of Kalki astride a white horse in the sacred city of Shambala. The sun will turn into a giant swastika and spin backwards, reforming the egg of time and reuniting the divine feminine and masculine. Giant walls of ice will surround the earth and Atlantis and Lemuria will rise from the seas, their ancient ruins holding advanced technology. Radient Technologies here in the hat have a nicotine reduction process. The nice thing about their's is that the byproduct of the extraction method yields liquid nicotine for vaping.

I quit smoking using mouth fedora and it worked a charm. Ejuice allows you to titrate nicotine levels down slowly which makes it a pretty pain free experience. Superior to gum/patches, I had no luck with those.

I suppose the success or failure of reduced nicotine cigarettes will depend on consumer cost vs. vaping.

lower nicotine levels in cigs will increase the amount smokers need to get the same baseline nicotine levels, this will help people who smoke socially, and who sell them, but it bad for regular smokers in every way

thanks, we are all gonna make it. The FDA commissioner has been saying very favorable things for VLN tobacco and that is what has me excited about XXII here is a noteable quote from a statement last month.

"E-cigarettes may present an important opportunity for adult smokers to transition off combustible tobacco products and onto nicotine delivery products that may not have the same level of risks associated with them. So, we set out on a new rulemaking process that seeks to regulate the nicotine levels in combustible cigarettes to render them minimally or non-addictive. That process is well underway."

So, i posted this a few days ago, and the thread died about as quickly as a baby born on a toilet seat at prom, but i will ask it here again because im actually curious and would like your opinions.

There's this app called "stash" that i downloaded, and it basically dumbs down investing, focusing on the long term, and parking money away in mutual funds, ETFs and iShares. You can buy stock in individual companies, but they are limited to the ones in the app.

Anyways, has anybody heard of this app?
Positive things to say?
Negative things to say?

Im basically looking to take a baby step into investing, and as i gain experience/confidence/income, hopefully invest more. Right now i have $50 bucks invested (down to 47 due to the recent slide)and thats alot for me considering i live paycheck to paycheck. But i do want to start investing, and hopefully start saving for a future/retirement......

I was curious about this so I went further back in the chart to take a look. The last time a daily candle on SPX was entirely outside the lower band was 2016. Pic related to see what happened (candle in question is immediately to the left of the center dotted line). Also, to new traders going through their first wildness on the major indices, I strongly recommend looking at the charts. Especially the daily charts where you see better detail about the price movements of the time. Indices have had large drop offs repeatedly, often on an annual basis throughout the entire bull run since 2008. Forget about comparing this drop to the '08 big kahuna and compare against the several that have happened since then DURING the bullishness. Note in pic related chart that 2016 had two drops, same as this year.

Its literally the exact opposite. There are more and more people smoking/vaping especially in third world countries. In the US, things are getting so bad that government agencies at various levels are beginning to intervene regarding the number of children vaping.
And since no weed sellers have the infrastructure to peddle to the masses, whats most likely to happen when weed legalizes is that big tobacco steps in to the game and starts pushing oils and shit for vaping, just like they are now with nicotine. The smoking moon mission is just getting started.
