Smartlands is going to function as a Kickstarter for commercial real estate development. Have a good plan for a business park? Get smartlands to tokenize ownership of it, sell the tokens to raise money for the project. Once the project is done you can pay dividends back to the tokens over several year (or indefinitely). This is going to let average people invest in commercial real estate. Smartlands only has a $9 million market cap?! Fucking lol.
