What's /biz/'s opinion on going back to school for a useless degree just for learning?

Zero fucking point. If all you want is the knowledge, then you can just buy the books and learn online. There are youtube video classes that go deep into every subject you'd want to learn. You arguable get a much better quality education doing that than paying some tenured jew professor thousands of dollars.

What do you want to learn? You can honestly teach yourself just about anything if you DYOR. A library card, an internet connection, time, and real world projects you complete yourself is a lot cheaper than a college education. The only reason to get a degree is for required specific certifications and the “networking” that you can get at school.

I think maybe philosophy, psychology or marketing. I've read some books on each topic, but they're laymen's terms. Reading a philosophy textbook and being in a philosophy class, discussing and writing papers on it to be evaluated seems a lot more different.
