It does NOT mean how many fucking CEOs their devs follow on twitter.
And FYI, hashrate is one component of security.
Economically -- it means nothing. Zero. Hashrate is broadly influenced by price, and as we have seen this year that correlation is actually weak. Miners can mine at 5k. They can mine at 1k. They can mine at a loss.
It means NOTHING.
