Did you consider that maybe the market has simply discovered the correct price?

Isn't that a good thing?

Half of the cryptosphere is crawling in its skin because Bitcoin is no longer volatile. But they do realize that, in order to actually be functional, a currency should not be fluctuating by double-digit percentages, and certainly not 2x or 3x or 10x'ing? Right?

Functionality and value-stability IS the goal, right? Well, it looks like stability has been achieved! So shouldn't the cryptosphere be celebrating? That's funny though, they're not! They're bored and anxious.

If I didn't know better, I'd say it's almost like the vast majority of the interest in BTC is in it rising in value versus USD, not in how it will "change society for the better." But of course, I'd never be so cynical as to believe that this is the true motive!!!

Once it starts actually getting used as a currency the current price fundamentals will be irrelevant.

Of course, if bitcoin was a stablecoin no one would have ever even heard about it.

It's a good thing for altcoin investors. Imagine a never ending bull market for alts. So many people would become rich overnight. Even more so than BTC.

Only delusional bitcoin maximalists even see this as a possibility. It couldn't even handle the transactions of one small town if everyone there actually used it as a currency, let alone a whole country or the world.

bitcoin never will be able to fucntion as a currency
tansaction times are laughing matter
a simple transaction has the electric cost of ~ $140
Running the network uses the electricity consumption of a country sized Chech +Slovakia
It's only a speculative asset with no underlying value. Bitfinex is insolvent already, that is a clear signal people abandoning the ship. The moment they crash, panic witrhdrawals start on other exchanges, bankrupting of them all
it's over

i play 453D chess... the price of bitcoin is controlled by a few individuals.. they need an ETF approved for bitcoin to reach new ath... one of things that would help get approved is if bitcoin was less volatile, so they keep price around 6,000 artificially. why 6000? because that keeps btc market cap just above 100bn which is required for futures... etf requires futures. now buy tomo. its the next antshares

BTC cannot have a "correct price" without using bitcoin it in the real world. But the price is always the correct price defined by the market.
But as soon as the daily usage of bitcoin will increase, also the price will increase, because more and more people are transfering a big part of their fiat in bitcoin. The snake bites her tail.

Nope. Why? Usage, there basically isn't any. So this is stagnation, not stability. Now XMR, arguably that's different since it's already fulfilled it's purpose as the international, untraceable black market value store. But BTC really has just flat-out failed entirely.

There are so many whales that it will never be stable. Distribution shrinks over time so btc is DOA as are all other coins currently. The market is about to value btc at its real $0 value overnight. Calm before the dump.

You're incorrect. 100 billion market cap is not required for CME futures. Go research. Also, tomochain is way over bought. It's a 4x if it reaches previous highs and it's rank is 164, no fucking thank you. There's other coins in that same rank area with a MUCH higher return, like 10-20x. Fuck off shilling faggot.
