It's a smart contract that let's you create your own custom "name tag token", i.e. a token of which only one exists. For example you can create the token "anon" and others can see who owns that token and send ERC20s to that same address. It's basically like using Twitter handles to send currency instead of random long-ass public addresses. This shit is going to make me so fucking rich.
