During peak I was up 500k now I actually lost nearly 6 grand.
Had all my money in alts coins. Alt coins continued to fall. Figured it would recovered then got hard headed and refused to sell at loss. Drops continued and said fuck it I am going down with ship. 100k drops down to 40k. I take 40k and put it on this pajeet exchange called hibtc and buy there stupid exchange token hibtc at 6 cents. Pajeet exchange token drops 95% of its value so my last 40k is now worth 4400. I literally could not have done anything worse. Family begged me to take cash out but it all happened so fast. When its going up your greedy or blinded by the fast money and then when it starts dropping you get stubborn. Now crypto haunts me everyday knowing I could have cashed out on the rebound or even at half of all time high for 250-400k many times. I am a idiot.

Lots of people live in countries that tax everything, and since the gains were so high you would be taxed 25-50% of what you cashed, or even any sort of gain from a crypto to crypto trade.

Invest in real stock. Type in "AMD stock" in google and you see 10x gains in 1 year.
I am invested in some managed funds for 5 years now and see 10% each year. I shift things around and it just works.
There are options that are as violent in market shifts as in crypto, where you just follow the herd and make a comfy 20% in 3 month.
Crypto is now a shilling ground. But there is still options for investing and making 10-100% in year.

I know your pain and regret. We all do. Truthfully, we were all amateurish and got paralyzed by greed. I know the same thing, watching my portfolio go down and thinking it will go back up. All my family ALL told me to sell. I ignored them all, because I was a "genius" and figured in another month or two I would hit a million.

It sucks because we experienced a moment where we felt like gods and we had life changing money. But we were too fucking greedy. Although I wouldn't be a baller, if I had cashed out, after taxes I still would have had 180K cash in the bank. I literally would never have to worry about bills til I die. Can't believe I was so stupid and greedy.
