I'm starting to believe Assblaster was when /biz/ jumped the shark. His threads were kino, and he was only active between september and february (?), the period that was simultaneously the best and worst period of biz (most number of memes, and most number of pajeet scam/shills).

Now what we're left with is like the later seasons of biz where the ratings are plummeting and no one makes original content.
