The commission will decide whether to approve or disapprove the VanEck and SolidX Bitcoin Trust ETF on September 30.

>why is this different from the ETFs that got denied?
The denied ETFs were leveraged contracts, which was an instant DQ. The SEC understands that introducing extremely powerful leverage instruments into the crypto market would only exasperate the volatility we see here..

The answer is physically settled bitcoin instruments, meaning on-chain wallets holding real bitcoin. This is exactly what the VanEck SolidX Bitcoin Trust ETF will be.

And mark my words, it WILL be approved tomorrow. I can't believe the entire board isn't flipping their tendies over this. You're all about to make it and you're posting pictures of cocks.

as If physically-settled bitcoin contacts weren't good enough, along came BAKKT. When you fully understand what this contract does, you will have trouble containing yourself.

The BAKKT anually settled futures contracts are bought by institutions at a one-time price (the cost of 1 BAKKT futures contact is the price of 12 BTC at time of contract purchase). One bitcoin delivered to your wallet each month until the contract settles. Sound too good to be true?

https://twitter.com/Bakkt/status/1044567318771232769

Try to fully wrap your head around this. MILLIONS of institutional investors will be HOLDING bitcoin, onchain, for a minimum of one full year until their futures contract expires.

If you have 0.1, 0.01, 0.001. ANYTHING. you will make it. Research the shift that is about to occur and act accordingly.
