Yea, I went to a GA meeting after losing my final btc on bitmex this summer. I was a fucking wreck, still am really. They were all just like me, but the sums involved were smaller for them (10-100$ levels instead of 1000x that).

We are mostly degen scum gamblers, I hate this whole game.

Its not about amount of money, its about percentage of income used in gamgling. Of the guy is throwing $100 every other day and has a small income, then its a problem

I've made almost 1MM as a (semi) professional online poker player. That being said, I always tell all my friends to stay far away from gambling (including poker) because 95%+ of players lose money.

I do the same thing re stocks

>I want to do what you do
don't
>Why not?
because it's really fucking risky
>But you do it
i have money to lose doing it
>Fuck you

yeah, I think that's the key here, if you lose 1% of your deposit it won't bug you much, so you won't close your position early on panicking, and the trade may actually turn in your favor later. but to be able to make such small trades of 100 usd that means you gotta have spare 100k, which 95% don't

>> No.11229682

Nope because I am a absoulte gambling machine who very rarely looses

That's why it's skewed in favor of larger capital. If you have it, you can ride out price movements that might take weeks.

I took out half a mil with online slots and poker.
Put most of it up my nose and in some ass and lived the life for two years.

Now nothing compares to the high I had and wagecucking can't keep me interested to the point that I just end up not showing up to jobs.
Eviction notice set for this Saturday, phone disconnected last month and no power the last month.

alllllllmost hit rock bottom not much left to loose for the slow climb back up.

Its ok brother. You just came in contact with "it". It that a normie can never understand. Being taken away from it is a big fuckin problem. You cant almost not exist without it. See i never got lots of money to blow through my nose but in college i studied a subject that enabled me to travel to every fuckin country in the world. Lost of friends internationally. High prestige in my community. Everybody thinks you the shit and literally say. Miniature stardom. Thats same thing. It brings you into contact with it. With the great life. All you neurons start to fire up. Almost constant mode of bliss. Traveling, fucking, popping pills, drinking, smoking all over the world. Uh. Fast forward. I fucked it up all. At some point it was just party and no academics. Not carring anymore. Thinking you set. POOOOOF... all gone. ANd here i am still stuck depressed and fuckd up in my parents attic (i had to move back). Started a McJob that i lost 2 days ago. You cant exist as a normie bro. I am not saying you need to make half a mill again or i have to start doing exactly what i did in college. But we have to find our way back to greatness. Hustle your money, start a business etc.. There is no way out. You can only go up or go not at all.

That's called getting old. It happens to everyone. No one keeps living the highs of their youth indefinitely.
