Quitting a job today

So how does a /biz/nessman quit a job? Quick rundown:

>been here 6 1/2 years making peanuts.
>I wrangle tards.
>thankless hard job that only has some perks.
>perks are pretty good if you like being lazy and getting paid to vape weed, watch tv, fuck your sidepiece.
>company treats you like trash and I haven’t had a real raise in ever.
>my boss is pretty cool guy, but dumb as shit and is really a placeholder/whipping boy for main office.
>his boss is an incompetent cunt. I hate her and she is a big reason I’m leaving.
>already have better paying job secured
>quitting without notice to avoid retaliation or shenanigans (I’ve woynessed this with others)

So what do you say boys? As of now I’m expected to cover the overnight (after I have worked a 9 hour shift, another 9 hour shift where I can’t sleep and might get assaulted by a literal screaming, violent brainlet...

As of now I’m leaving my keys on the table pinching out and saying see ya never. Any other (realistic) ideas?

Roll quads and I’ll do whatever the post says no matter how ridiculous...we have 2 hours til I just stroll out.
