Unironically go talk to a therapist or social worker. Bottling up issues to appear strong just leads to alcoholism and deeper depression. If you are offered antidepressants look into them a bit but don't immediately recoil. I used to think of them as cattle control drugs but if you use them as a crutch to get you back on track for a few months and then drop them they can work wonders.
