Im Danish and I fucking hate our insane tax rates. You do get a lot of free stuff though, e.g. free education, free high quality health care, $900/month for living expenses as a student etc. wages are high too. Aside from the high tax rates and too big governments, Denmark and Norway are great countries. Sweden used to be great too but is shit now because of all the refugees and political correctness.

My country was ravaged by socialist policies, and if the left wins the elections again, it will inch even closer to Venezuelan levels of socialism. I can safely say that it fucked up everything for everyone. The one candidate that proposed economically liberal ideas suffered a assassination attempt last week.

Economically free countries have higher wages, lower crime rates, less corruption, etc etc. More state controlled countries have more poverty, inequality, lower wages, hunger, etc.
